Sascha was born and raised in Germany. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Witten/Herdecke University and subsequently completed his master's in Management and Strategy at the LSE in London.

He began his professional journey as a management consultant in Kearney’s Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) practice. Throughout his career, Sascha has worked extensively with clients across more than 10 countries, including Germany, the UK, Poland, Turkey, France, Malaysia, Egypt, Jordan, South Africa, and Nigeria.

In 2021, Sascha co-founded Flash, a German-based FinTech payments platform, alongside Jacob and Max. The venture was incubated by Rocket Internet, one of Europe's most prestigious venture capital firms.

As COO and Head of B2B sales, he launched a successful pilot campaign with selected brands from the UK and Germany, with over two million products powered by Flash one-tap checkout. After the pilot, Sascha secured partnerships with numerous direct-to-consumer brands whose cumulative annual revenues exceeded €100 million, helping to drive the adoption of the payments platform.

At Odyssean, Sascha serves as COO, spearheading commercial strategy and sales development, establishing strategic partnerships and positioning the company at key e-commerce players across the European market. He is currently building Odyssean’s core sales organization, accelerating market entry and adoption of the company's AI-driven automation platform.
