Jacob was born in Ukraine and moved to the UK before starting high school. He earned a scholarship to Cardiff University for his undergraduate studies, followed by a master's degree from at LSE in London.

In 2021, Jacob co-founded Flash, a German-based FinTech payments platform, alongside Sascha and Max. The company was incubated at Rocket Internet, one of Europe's most prestigious venture capital firms.

As CTO from day one, Jacob built and led a high-performing engineering team that developed the entire Flash technology stack—web application, iOS and Android apps. Under his technical leadership, Flash successfully delivered a one-tap checkout platform that helped e-commerce brands increase their mobile conversion rates.

Since the emergence of advanced AI tools like GPT-3.5, Jacob has been at the forefront of integrating these technologies into practical business applications. He has fully embraced AI to enhance app development end-to-end and created AI-powered automation workflows that drive efficiency for both internal teams and clients.

At Odyssean, Jacob serves as CTO, where he's architecting the company's AI automation platform from the ground up.
